Immediately prior to taking up the position of CEO of BOSS in June 2016, Philip completed a BSc in Computing and Technology to add to his MBA and BA degrees. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IoD), a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Stationers and a very poor golfer.

• The difference between contracts made in a high street shop and contracts made online
• The information you must give to make sure the online contract is legal.
• The consumer’s right to cancel the contract and return goods and the legal remedies available for both parties
• Your obligations to sell safe products.

In 1999 after a long career with a central government department delivering great customer service, advice and support for clients looking for work Linda decided to study for a degree in Law. Linda committing four years to part time study, while working fulltime, graduating from Worcester Law School in 2003 with an honours degree in Law from Staffordshire University.

In 2006 Linda moved to Worcestershire Trading Standards where she specialised in consumer legislation. Linda focussed on giving advice and support to businesses on their trading obligations when dealing with consumers. Where criminal activity was suspected Linda investigated those businesses.

Linda’s unique 11 year insight into the work of Trading Standards placed her in the perfect position to start her own business in January 2018. Linda is passionate about helping small and medium businesses navigate complex consumer legislation. If businesses can ‘get it right’ consumers can buy with confidence.

Kelvyn. has been involved in the international licensing business for over thirty years. A graduate of King’s College, London, his early business career led him into marketing and licensing with Italian children’s collectables company, Panini. After a successful period there Kelvyn and three colleagues started Merlin Publishing in 1989 to market licensed stickers and trading cards. The company grew throughout Europe and in just five years annual sales reached US $80 million. Merlin was the UK’s fastest-growing private company in 1995.

Since 1998 Kelvyn has worked as a consultant in the licensing industry through his company, Asgard Media. Clients include Yoplait, The Topps Company and Finsbury Food Group. At the 2013 Licensing Awards in London, Kelvyn was presented with the Honorary Achievement Award for his work in licensing. Kelvyn has spoken at conferences in London, Manchester, Frankfurt, Milan, Paris, New York, Dubai, Hong Kong, Delhi, Berlin, Seoul and Tokyo. He speaks good Italian, competent French and Spanish, and basic conversational Japanese. In 2017 Kelvyn featured prominently in the ITV documentary ‘Stuck on You’ recounting the history of football stickers.

Since 2006 he has held the mantle of Managing Director of the UK division of LIMA, the Licensing Industry Merchandisers Association. Kelvyn is also a trustee of the Light Fund, the licensing industry’s independent charity.

He has spoken at many leading conferences including The Retail Design Exhibition (London), EuroShop (Düsseldorf), The Asia Retail Conference (Mumbai), The International Russian Retail Conference (Moscow), Popai Retail Marketing and Instore Communications Conference, London.

When not at Shopworks, Craig can be found riding his bike or walking the dog, recently voted “Least appropriate family pet” at the village show (the dog, not Craig).
